Hello, I’m Katey—a licensed esthetician with a passion for skincare and helping others feel confident in their own skin. My journey into esthetics started with a deep curiosity about skin—why we get pimples, ingrowns, and all the little things that can impact how we feel about ourselves. But more than that, I wanted to be a support for people who, like me, have struggled with feeling comfortable or confident in their appearance. For a long time, self-care was seen as selfish or vain. I believe it's the opposite. Taking time for yourself is essential, and I’m here to be a part of that process. Whether you're coming in for a facial, a wax, or just a moment to breathe—I want you to leave feeling seen, cared for, and one step closer to your personal wellness goals. CANCELLATION POLICY
Booking & Cancellation Policy We value your time and ours. To provide the best experience for all clients, please review our policy below before booking your appointment: 📌 Deposit Required A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit goes toward your total service cost and holds your spot. ⏰ Cancellation Policy You may cancel or reschedule with no penalty up to 24 hours before your appointment. Same-day cancellations must be made at least 1 hour prior to your appointment time to avoid forfeiting your deposit. Cancellations made less than 1 hour before your appointment will result in a forfeited deposit. 🚫 No-Show Policy If you do not show up and do not contact us, your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to rebook. ⌛ Late Arrivals A 15-minute grace period is allowed. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled and treated as a no-show, depending on the schedule. 📞 Contact Please reach out as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
